We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director to lead a fully integrated factory specialized in the production of advanced metal detection devices. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset, capable of managing operations, production, and development within a dynamic industrial environment.

Factory Departments:
    •    Warehousing (raw materials, packaging, accessories)
    •    Assembly and Production
    •    Quality Control and Final Finishing
    •    Research & Development (Engineering & Software)
    •    Media and Design
    •    Sales and Customer Service
    •    Accounting and Financial Management

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Full oversight of all factory departments and operations
    •    Structuring and developing the administrative and operational hierarchy
    •    Managing daily operations and tracking performance indicators (KPIs)
    •    Promoting a culture of innovation, quality, and efficiency
    •    Reporting directly to the company’s General Director

Candidate Requirements:
    •    Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in managing industrial or high-tech facilities
    •    Strong background in engineering, electronics, or manufacturing technologies
    •    Demonstrated leadership, decisiveness, and hands-on problem-solving skills
    •    Proficiency in English (knowledge of Turkish or Arabic is a plus)
    •    Legal Status Requirement:
* Holder of a valid Istanbul Kimlik or
* Holder of dual citizenship, including Turkish nationality
* Legal residency status in Turkey must be 100% compliant
    •    Full-time commitment and ability to work on-site in Istanbul
