Trefir is a Turkish footwear manufacturer and wholesaler exporting to retailers and distributors worldwide

while also developing direct-to-consumer (B2C) brands. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in bothB2B wholesale marketingandB2C brand growth.

You will work directly with our export and marketing teams, learning how international wholesale operates while building practical skills in social media management, content creation, digital advertising, and customer engagement.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Managing and growing our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Responding to DMs, comments, and customer inquiries across all platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Planning, creating, and publishing content for both wholesale buyers (B2B) and end consumers (B2C)
• Running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
• Growing our follower base and increasing qualified leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities
• Assisting with content creation, product launches, and promotional campaigns
• Monitoring social media trends and suggesting new ideas to improve performance
• Tracking results and preparing performance reports

What We Are Looking For

• Final-year student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or someone with previous social media experience
• Fluent in English and Turkish; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Based in Beylikdüzü/Esenyurt or nearby (this is an in-person role)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong interest in social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, branding, or international trade
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or video editing tools is a plus
