🔹 Position: Medical Consultant – Call Center (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls and provide accurate information about our medical services.
• Offer professional initial consultations and build trust with clients.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with patients throughout their journey.
• Record and update client details in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in call center or customer service (medical/cosmetic field is a plus).
• Strong communication & persuasion skills.
• Full-time availability and commitment.
• Arabic language is a must, with English or French as an advantage.
