General Qualifications
Fluency in English (Advanced), Spanish (Advanced), and/or Russian (Advanced).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center Staff position.
Ability to work on-site.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
